DELIVERY TIMES Delivery times are subject to the availability of the courier companies. Please note these timeframes can increase during peak sale holidays such as Easter, Black Friday and Boxing Days.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS We do not dispatch orders on public holidays. We will dispatch your order the following working day.
SALES PERIODS There may be a delay dispatching your order of up to 2 days during our sale periods.
ORDER TRACKING Once you receive your shipping confirmation email you can track your order by clicking the link in the email, or go directly to your account.
CUSTOMS AND DUTY CHARGES Deliveries to countries outside New Zealand might incur customs or import taxes/ COD fees. Unfortunately, since we don’t have any control over these charges, we can’t cover them for you.
Returns
Please note we do not offer returns unless your item has ARRIVED damaged. If this is the case please email admin@get-tipsy.com to arrange a replacement or store credit.
